HelpKidzLearn is committed to making its products accessible to as many learners, teachers and support professionals as possible.
We are undertaking a structured accessibility programme across the HelpKidzLearn Hub and our individual products. This includes assessment against WCAG 2.2 Level A and AA, with the ability to report our position against WCAG 2.1 Level A and AA where required.
Our aim is not simply to complete a one-off assessment, but to maintain an ongoing process of assessment, remediation, re-testing and reporting as our products continue to develop.
We publish an Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) for each materially different HelpKidzLearn product or service.
Each ACR is based on the current VPAT® 2.5Rev WCAG Edition and explains how the product supports the applicable WCAG success criteria.
Where applicable, each criterion is identified as:
Supports
Partially Supports
Does Not Support
Not Applicable
The accompanying remarks explain the basis for each assessment and identify known accessibility limitations where relevant.

Our accessibility assessments combine automated and manual testing.
This includes testing areas such as:
keyboard navigation and focus behaviour
screen-reader compatibility
colour and contrast
zoom and reflow
semantic structure and form controls
text alternatives
media accessibility
interactive activities
switch access and alternative input methods where applicable
Automated testing is used to identify technical issues, but it is not relied upon on its own. Manual and assistive-technology testing is an important part of our assessment process.
An ACR does not necessarily mean that every applicable WCAG criterion is fully supported.
Where an assessment identifies an accessibility barrier, we record the issue, prioritise it according to its impact and include it within our accessibility remediation programme.
Completed fixes are re-tested before being considered resolved, and our ACRs are updated as accessibility improvements are made.
Accessibility is treated as an ongoing part of HelpKidzLearn product development.
We aim to:
assess new and materially changed functionality
prevent previously resolved accessibility issues from recurring
maintain current accessibility documentation
update ACRs as products change
continue working towards full WCAG Level AA conformance
