@ Jenny : The full program (Switch Skills - Scanning) from which "Sunny Street" is based, allows the Auditory Prompt to be changed from "verbal" to "click" or "off".
Your comment regarding the images growing slightly whilst scanning is a nice suggestion.

Jenny:

It would be great if you could choose between speech or the sounds of the pictures! Since my students have difficulties seeing and focusing, it also would be great if the pictures got bigger while scanning before touching the switch.

Laura Cryer:

Lovely!

@dianec: Sunny Street is an activity from a program called Switch Skills Scanning (section "Create a Scene"). Once all the modes of transport are added to the street they will reward the learner with an animation. Not until all four are added will they animate.

dianec:

when the object is placed on the road, how do you make it move?

alisha Magilei :

I love this game however; I would really love the option to have it scan the road. This would allow the user to see one animal or vehicle at a time rather than all of them at once. Nice work! Really appreciate the free software. ;)
